A car driven by a Welland man, sought by Niagara police, was recovered today. However, a manhunt still underway for the driver. He is wanted after two pedestrians were struck by a different car, that was crashed into a tree and abandoned, yesterday in St Catharines.

Ontario is reporting 409 new COVID-19 cases today, an uptick against yesterday’s drop in cases, but lower than earlier in the week. Still, the trend since August is three to four times what the daily average of that month’s daily new case count.
