Fri-YAY night trivia at Station 1 Coffeehouse

Stargazing and gourmet dinner at Calamus winery

Guests will enjoy a gourmet four-course dinner at Calamus featuring live music by Sandy Vine band. Telescope viewing opens at 11:00pm. This is an adult only event. Full details are here.

Saturday, Oct. 17

STEAM Saturday: Make your own fossil workshop

Kids 6-12 can attend a hands-on workshop at the Lincoln Museum and Cultural Centre, where they’ll make their fossil. On STEAM Saturday, kids get creative and get their hands dirty with science and art. STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics. Trick or treat bag decorating workshop

Parents and kids can create their own trick or treat bag using permanent ink, patterns and colours. Participants are asked to register online or in person at the Fleming Centre.  For information or to register visit this page.

Bob Ross paint class

The Bob Ross paint classes have been so popular that Lincoln Museum and Cultural Centre is now offering a series of six classes in 2020. The classes can also be purchased together or as single sessions. Certified Bob Ross painter Bobbi Cosby will teach the class. For all the details click here.

Fall workshops at the Watering Can

Attend a fall workshop at the Watering Can. Attendees plant a variety of autumn containers, wreaths and flower arrangements with autumn plants and flowers such as garden mums, heather, zebra plant, ornamental grass, plus a host of decor, will be used. Quest4CF Cystic Fibrosis scavenger hunt

Quest4CF is a nationwide treasure hunt that will take place in select cities and towns across Canada on Sunday, Oct. 18. Niagara Region is one of the participating areas. All West Niagara families are invited to join in. To learn more about this event and to register visit this page.

Events running all weekend

Fall festivals running in October

Attend a fall festival and celebrate the season with the family. There are many to choose from in West Niagara. Attendees can visit with animals, try to navigate their way through corn mazes, and pick up pumpkins to take home and carve. All the details are here.
